Good location 30
minutes from Spokane and 5 minutes from Eastern Washington University. Very friendly management and extremely good rates with the Good Sam discount for full hook ups. Sites very close together. We did not use bathrooms or laundry due to Covid concerns. Unattractive signs everywhere to let you know that dogs are not allowed on the grass.
However, the deal breaker is that trains run just behind the park all day and more importantly, all night, with loud train horns just as they pass the Park. Also a lot of road noise from 904 which passes 25 yards from the campsites. Not very peaceful. We would not stay here again.

The campground is currently undergoing some construction (trenching, road work) so the circular drive is half closed and the dump station is inaccessible. Our rate is based on 50 amp electric/water only with Good Sam. Best rate we could find in the entire Spokane area. Park is nice and clean. Level gravel sites. Trains do pass by and blow their whistles, but it didn’t really bother us. Non-fenced dog area so dogs must stay on leash at all times. Signs everywhere to remind you of that.

We stayed one night as part of a road trip. The location is convenient to I-90, and we were happy to be able to make a last minute reservation. Access was easy, and the property felt quiet and safe. There is some noise from the nearby train tracks, but it was expected and not oppressive. We happened to pass through during an unusually cold and snowy spell in late October, and suffered some frozen pipes. The owners went out of their way to help us out with some insulation and a heater which was hugely appreciated - that saved the day and allowed us to continue with our trip.
A new cell tower is visible from the campground (across the street). Our Verizon coverage was great! The campground was quiet, the check-in process was smooth. We had a FHU site. Were made aware of the train traffic. Three train tracks are to the rear of the property and were used quite often. However, we enjoy trains and the sounds they bring with them! The campground appears to be under construction with dirt and rock piles to the rear and side of the property. A path leads out to the train tracks and is perfect for walking pets. The road has paved sidewalks on both sides for added walking or running options. Thought the price was a little steep for the few amenities available and "work-in-progress" feel to the campground.

We had a reservation for site 19. When we arrived site 19 was taken. Drove around to the office( what office?) We called and were told that someone was given our reserved spot, but we could have site 8. 8 was in worse condition than 19. Construction equipment in the back, mud and more mud everywhere.
Trains running along the back.
“Peaceful” I don’t think so.
We told the manager(?) we were very disappointed with the conditions of the park and the fact we were given a different site.
Good side: we were given a refund minus $5.00 for administrative fees???
Really!!

My nightly rate is the weekly rate with tax included. The staff is friendly. Restroom were clean. Laundry & TV room are in a old Mobil home which appeared clean, looking from outside. That’s it for amenities. This is an older small rv park, with gravel roads and sites. Each site is provided a picnic table. There are large sections of grass, and tall pines throughout. Open grassy pet area, be sure and treat your pet for ticks prior to coming. It appears management is attempting to add more sites, and make some improvements. There’s visible heavy equipment and some other junk which is unsightly. There’s train tracks nearby, although the horn blowing was minimal, and done from a distance away.

Conveniently located outside of town. And sights are a bit close together. Daily rates and monthly rates are available. For monthly patrons electric is not included in rate, paid separately. Full hook up available. Also have a water and dump station.
Must enjoy the sound of trains, schedule runs like clockwork 24 hours a day.
