Chelsea Teddy Bear Company

We all have fond memories of the toys we grew up with, and now the evolution of those toys is on display at the Chelsea Teddy Bear Co. in downtown Chelsea. The new Toy Museum is an addition to the firm's downtown Chelsea factory, 400 N. Main St. in the historic Clock Tower Campus. It features a number of rare and valuable toys that trace their history around the world. One of the teddy bears in the collection has only one other like it, which is on display in the Smithsonian. Admission to the museum is free. Factory tours - for groups of all ages - includes tour of warehouse facility and assembly stations. Tours every non-holiday Saturday at 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Weekdays & groups by appointment. On site attraction includes the "World's Largest Teddy Bear" standing over 10' tall. See our 7' tall stuffed "happy" Grizzly Bear. Many antique teddy bears on display along with a visual tour of the history of the teddy bear.
