Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on July 07, 2021We had a pull thru 50 amp fhu site. Plenty long enough to park the Jeep also. Picnic table and fire ring. No pool, no laundry. WiFi didn’t reach our site but Verizon worked fine. Very nice walking/biking trail behind the campground. The campground has docks and a boat ramp on the Cheboygan River. Most of the campers here had boats. Some shade. Sites weren’t too close. A few tent sites. A tv/game room above the bathrooms. Sites were grass. There is a car wash towards town with a bay for trucks/RVS. Walmart just past the car wash. Enjoyed the local Moose Lodge (members only). Had fish fry at the Black Sheep Baa & Grill. This is a small locals place. Nothing fancy. We loved it.

Enjoyed our stay!
Gravel roads in camp, grass/gravel sites. Old RxR trail adjacent to park for walking, nice restaurant across the street. Hiking in camp fun on mowed grass.

This was good bare bones campground that worked well for us. Since we work having good cell coverage is very important and that wasn't a problem at this campground.
By bare bones I mean there isn't really a camp store and they don't hand out anything when you arrive(maps etc) it's all sent to you digitally before you arrive.
Sites are dirt with limited trees for shade. Better than some parking lot type campgrounds but not what I would call private or peaceful.(lot of families with small children)
One nice plus, there is a decent resturant across the road(careful it's a busy road).
So while we would stay there again, it wouldn't be high on our list, but it would probably be in the middle.
