Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 08, 2021We were here for several nights seeing friends. The park is well maintained and we would definitely stop again. My only downside was the highway noise. Not sure what else they could have done about it, but it was quite loud.
We loved being so close to downtown. It was easy to get around and get on/off the highway.

We had a very excellent stay with a pull through spot and hookups for electricity and water. They have a dump station and we were able to get our propane tanks topped off. The young couple running the campground are very friendly and helpful. The campground itself is well laid out and clean. We would use this campground again.

Caption sums it up. July is not the time to be here but I’m not sure when there is a good time. Tight spaces and packed!

Stayed 6/1/20 – 6/2/20. We stayed here because we broke down outside of Casper. They allowed the tow truck to bring our 5th wheel into the campground. It was a convenient location as the Chevy dealer our truck was at was right across the highway. They were very accommodating and we were pleasantly surprised at the price of our full hookup. For an unplanned stop it turned out to be a pleasant, convenient, and economical stay.

This park is next to highway arteries in and out of town. Full hookups and a friendly staff made for a nice 2 day stopover.

The husband and wife who run this park are lovely. There is not a ton to do in Casper, but all the amenities you need are there which makes this a great location for a stop over. We stayed all week because we work, and had no issues with our AT&T or Verizon plan. The long term campers are in a different lot and they were all very nice and friendly too. This isn't a "destination" sight but it will do the trick for a fair price.

Sites are gravel and fairly level… picnic tables, water and 30amp at the site. Nice bathhouse. Small fenced dog park. Campendium had them listed for $35/night.. we were charged $50.

Check-in was easy enough and we were escorted to our site. The site was gravel and pretty level. We didn't use the bathrooms or laundry so I can't comment on them. We didn't find this campground to be super cramped but it's not overly spacious either. The only drawback is the train that runs right behind it but we are finding that a lot of RV parks and train tracks go hand in hand. The wifi isn't so hot either. The location made it easy to get around the city. Casper isn't huge but we did find some nice hiking at Casper Mountain that had some very pretty views. Backwards Distilling is a great place to unwind and have a great cocktail if that's your thing. The bike ride along the Platte River is a nice way to get outside as well.

Great spot for an overnight when traveling through Wyoming. This is one of those RV parks that's delivering the best experience possible - is this a glamorous location? Absolutely not. But consider this, the customer service is extraordinary (Bob actually picked up my 3 propane tanks and drove them over to fill station, topped them off and brought them back to me!!), the laundry room is modern and clean, the sites are level, the power and water work perfectly. There is minimal road noise, but there is a train nearby and the whistle is loud. There's a great climbing structure for the little kids, funky miniature golf and a pretty large dog park - great amenities. Once again, the park location is nothing special, but for day or two, this place is great. We camped at Casper East RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
