For an RV Park this is very nice. The staff and full-time residents were very friendly and helpful. The sites are small, but very well maintained. The pool and hot-tub are lovely. There is a pet area, but it is gravel and backs up to a farm, so if your dog is reactive to large animals I wouldn't suggest taking them there. Visited the Casa Grande Ruins and San Tan Mountain Regional Park for hiking with our dog.

Good expeience from the start! Arrival was fairly easy with no problem getting into our site. The rode to the location was in back of a residential area, which always makes us a little nervous, but ended up being fine. We met up with two other couples that we travel with during the month of February and we all enjoyed our stay.
Sites were a little tight, but we were in a pull thru sites right across from the laundry area so the pool and hot tub were convenient and a plus! The pool was heated, which we have found to not always be the case.
We travel to Arizona to ride our OHV/SXS, though there is not much riding out of this resort, we met some locals that trailered and rode and were willing to give us information on trails.

Great staff led by Manager Vivian make this a welcoming place. We came for 2 nights and stayed a week. Despite being very full, Vivian managed to get us the extra days, even staying in the same space. The facilities are among the best we've seen anywhere and this is our third trip across the U.S. in the winter. We almost never see a heated pool and hot tub! And the weather is so good here in Casa Grande that we used them every day. Holidays here are special events with everyday perks like water aerobics and a very well set up common room. There are pool tables, TVs, books, puzzles and movies. We had one of the 4 pull through sites and they are all paved and flat with picnic tables. It is about 3 miles off Route 10 and very quiet. Most of the park is seasonal and we can certainly see why. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We'd spend the winter here too!

Well the above description is accurate. This is a fun place to spend some time. We met more people there than maybe a total of those in all the RV resorts we've stayed in. But staying there on St. Patrick's Day really helped. There was a parade, followed by drinks, a wonderful dinner and then dancing! Everyone was very friendly. There is a pool and hot tub too. Although not far from the highway, it is in a very quiet area but all the shopping you might need is only a few miles away. Great spot, we'll be back.
