Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on April 24, 2023We were here on a membership plan so I don't know the cost. Gravel sites with a concrete pad. The roads are in need of MAJOR resurfacing. The library is small but well stocked with puzzles, movies and books. The two laundry rooms are clean, bright and near the two pools. The public bathroom/showers were clean but aged. It has a fitness center that my husband used and he said it was adequate. The Hosts were very friendly and efficient, as were everyone we came in contact with.
There are only 3 Pickleball courts and play is structured by rating with NO morning open play, times vary so every group gets morning play. There are plans to build 3 more but no one seemed to know when. There is a PB club and they charge by the season because they are required to pay for the maintenance of the courts and buy the balls.

Fry’s grocery a short walk away, Walmart short walk other way, Walgreens across street, Golden Coral 1.8 mile. Medical, dental everything close. Age qualification 55+. People wonderful and lots of activity. Newest thing to me is that there are separate sections for pet owners and not pet owners. So, no hearing barking dogs . Distant Trains not that big a deal. I have a fussy husband and he slept fine. Roads in park not that bad. They will accept mail & packages. Management backs you in. All long term sites are back. Some over nites reserved pull through.

Very nice and helpful staff - I've never been walked to the office from the check in parking spot before (?)
Level dirt site with concrete pad and small tree. 50 amp FHUs, everything worked fine. Interior roads were fine with good signage so no real need for the escort to a pull-through site - but yes, more "help".
Looks like several activities plus pool and pickleball and a few other amenities we don't use.
$4/night "resort" fee if not staying a month - and there's NO park WiFi away from the office!! Unbelievable. If you want cable you need to pay for a box. It's like getting free checking with numerous fees tacked on - feels shady to me.
The real clincher for us though, was the requirement to wear a guest tag pinned to your shirt anytime you are in the park away from your site!?!?!?!? When I laughed because I thought they were kidding I was told it's so they "know you belong here". Just too weird.

We wanted a place to spend the night on the way home from Quartzite. Staff was very friendly on the phone taking our reservation. When we arrived they were quick to get us checked in then had one of their folks guide us back to our site and help us get parked. Nice clean basic site (no picnic table) with full hookups. My only negative is that they charge $3 per dog per night. That would get pricey if we were staying for any length of time.

I've stayed here several times now. Yes this is a 55+ park but they welcome all. Everyone is really friendly. Park is very clean and super quiet at night. Sites are pretty standard, uncluttered and level. My site was right across from the dumpster and pickleball court so it was a little noisy during the day but not a huge deal. Nice little dog park just steps away from my site.
Location is just a couple miles off the freeway and right in the middle of town so you're only minutes away from just about anything and everything. I'd give it 5 stars but sometime within the last year they implemented a pet fee of $3 per pet per night. So if you have a couple dogs and you're staying for a week or two it adds up. Pro tip: don't mention your pets when you make the reservation or check in. The park is so huge and there's many dog owners walking around, trust me no one will know the difference. Besides, after you check in you'll never see the office staff again unless you go back to the office for whatever reason.
Note: My cost was $0 because it's an Encore park included as part of my Thousand Trails/Trails Collection membership. Not sure what the daily rates are.

This is a huge and friendly 55+ Encore resort.
Everyone was friendly and waved all the time.
Tons of activities, pickleball is big here.
Pull through sites are made available for short term stays.
The vast majority of the residents are seasonal or permanent in park model rv's.
The city of Casa Grande is very compact and there are lots of well-known national stores and restaurants nearby. There is a huge empty parcel of land next to the resort which is used for off road vehicles, walking the dog, or drone flying.
There is some noise due to people drag racing in Casa Grande.

Fiesta Grande RV Resort in Casa Grande, Arizona is a nice 55+ age qualified RV resort in the sunny Arizona desert. The staff here is very welcoming and friendly. They have almost every activity you can think of for a healthy and fun stay. The resort has a full activity calendar with the days full of classes, activities, and shows. The sites are FHU and we were surprised how large and clean they are. If you are a Trails Collection member, this resort is free for two weeks at a time. It’s a great deal and we would highly recommend it if you are in the area. 👍🏻😬

Fairly quiet, except for an event that took place Sunday afternoon. Nearby party was using a loudspeaker to address the crowd. Kind of annoying if you're not part of the group. Dog pen(s) have grass which is a nice step up from pea-gravel. Most everyone is friendly.

This was our first trip to Arizona and had a problem getting into canyon vista in Apache Junction, so we looked further and found Fiesta Grande. This campground is close to everything walking or by bike.
The staff in the office were amazing and friendly with all our needs satisfied.
Very well organized park with lots to do for everyone. I take my hat off to the Volunteers who make this park a place to be comfortable and enjoyable.
Line dancing instructors are the best.
Glenda the entertainment officer does a wonderful job.
Gentle exercise instructor Phyliss is great.
Pools are kept clean and tested everyday, hot tub also.
This is a resort that keeps single and married people happy, with entertainment, cards, etc.
We will be back to enjoy and relax as snowbirds from Canada 🇨🇦
We thank you for giving us a wonderful experience.

The park was easy to find. It is located not far off of I 10. There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate. Check in was friendly but taxing. We were given a welcome package complete with an explanation of events even though it was known that we were only overnighting. There are some very unrealistic rules. One of which was that dogs could only do their business strictly on their owner’s site. We were guided to our site which was located at the very back of the property. The interior roads are paved and in good condition.
Our site, 512, was a gravel based pull through that was quite a bit longer than our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water ,sewer and cable) were to the left side. Distancing is fair for an urban park. Each site has a table on a concrete patio but NO fire pit. The patio was oddly placed. Even though our coach is very short we struggled to position it so that the step lined up to use it. A 40 footer would not been able to make used of it at all. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was pretty blah. It is almost totally made up of rent out Park Models. The transient sites are like an afterthought.
There is NO park included wifi unless you are in one of the park buildings. We were able to find OTA channels. Satellite would not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers nor did we check on cleanliness.
There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay overnighter. We paid $57.00 per night and we feel we received fair value but we will look at other options if in the area again.
