Sousorrone Viento

For more personal service, spend a night or two at the red-tiled, Mediterranean-style Sousorrone Viento north of town. The lovely owners of this welcoming B&B offer three tidy, well-appointed rooms and serve full, made-to-order breakfasts. Hikers are welcome, and they'll even pack you a trail lunch. Just north of the B&B is the highly recommended Carlsbad KOA, the cleanest campground you'll ever visit. The campground is located between mileposts 51 and 52 off Hwy 285.
