Working alongside Executive Chef Marc Therrien, Chef Frey prepares and cooks fresh fare — with vegetarian, vegan and seafood options — with ingredients found in our own organic gardens and from Carlsbad area markets. Chef Frey works diligently year-round to cultivate a fresh seasonal menu, including a selection of daily and holiday specials.
