Our stay was seven nights. Check in time is 4:00 pm, our room was not ready. Excuses don't help.
On our 2nd day, we had a message when we returned to the room, "Since you're leaving tomorrow..." We weren't leaving tomorrow. If they ever realized their mistake, they didn't call back or apologize.
They promise 'freshen up service' each night (replace towels, remove garbage, replace supplies, etc.). They only came three out of six nights. We called on one of the missed nights to ask where they were, they asked for a list of what we needed. They only brought towels. Why ask for a list and not bring it?
Pool often had no towels. Fitness center doesn't open til 7 am. At least make it 6 am.
