Thai Taste

Located in the historic New Brush Building in downtown Carbondale, Thai Taste has been proudly serving Southern Illinois since 2004. We are open for lunch every weekday from 11am until 2:45pm. Hour dinner hours are from 5pm to 8:45pm Sunday through Thursday, and 5pm to 9:45pm Friday and Saturday. Every dish at Thai Taste is cooked fresh to order. None of that scoop-and-serve batch cooking that sits out all day! We are pleased to offer a wide variety of dishes, both traditional and American & Chinese-inspired. Every recipe is homemade and unique to our family, as is the style in Thailand. Our mom's Pad Thai ain't your mom's Pad Thai! We also offer a number of vegetarian and vegan dishes to suit our customer needs. To accommodate the pace of the lunch hour, Thai Taste offers a select menu during our lunch hours. Our full menu can be enjoyed during dinner hours. Thai Taste serves a wide selection of beer and wine, including seasonal beers and craft beers, as well as delicious wine from local wineries.
