This park had nice large sites. Big shade trees. We just overnighted but it was nice. A little out the way, maybe 10 minutes from I-55.

Stayed in pull through full hookup concrete pad site #73. It was very comfortable and the 2 large trees provided excellent shade. This was much appreciated during hot weather! Kind office staff and above average private bathrooms and showers. This place also has a recycling bin - wow! The 20+ cable channels were great. Wifi was good at first but it slowed dramatically once the weekend warriors showed up. Go check out the Missouri Wall of Fame during your stay. La Croix creek is located next to the campground. The water is amazingly clear so it's worth a visit.

Decent park if you are visiting the area. Some of the park looks like more permanent residence. The park is pretty clean. The staff was helpful. The site was fairly level (we had a pull-through). It was close to town and things to do. We only stayed for two nights. WIFI was pretty decent. Free cable. Nice and clean laundry room. They do have Propane on site.

We needed one night on our way to someplace else, and at the last minute, reservations at Trail of Tears State Park were cancelled due to flooding. Making reservations at The Landing Point was quick and easy. Staff in the front office were helpful, friendly, and competent. Our space, #61, with FHU and pull-through, was well-spaced from other RVs, with a concrete pad and gravel drive. No problems with hook-ups and picnic table and firepit were in good shape. The property is attractive with lots of green space, and, while there appear to be some full-time folks there, things were very neat and tidy. We did not get to walk down by the creek that is on the back of the property because the rain started about the time we finished setting up and lasted until time to leave this morning, and we did not use the showers, bathrooms, or laundry, but, from the outside, they looked good. Propane is available, and the trash collection area was clean. Country setting with shopping and restaurants in easy reach but not in sight and sound. Good WiFi
