It was ok, bur not super. Follow the track and that's it,..

Our rental horses are tame and well kept and our horse back riding guides are not just experienced, they're real honest to goodness COWBOYS! You'll never find a more beautiful setting as you ride the canyon floor through the same hills and ravines as such famous individuals as Colonel Ranald MacKenzie of the U.S. Cavalry and Colonel Charles Goodnight, Palo Duro Canyon's first permanent white settler.

Our season begins in March of each year during West Texas A&M University's Spring Break Weekend and typically continues through most of Autumn (dependent upon weather conditions). When planning your ride be sure to call 806-488-2180 in advance. $35/hr.
