Not picturesque but Showers, bathrooms and laundry all remodeled. Within an hour's drive to White Sands. Stores and restaurants close by. Easy pull through sites. Full hookups and excellent wifi. Little close to a busy street, but doable

Pull through sites but very close to each other, no privacy.
There is road noise during the day but it quites down at night.
It’s located close to outlet stores and grocery shopping.

They have Good Sam discount. Good WiFi.

We stayed here March 6 in a Class B MH

There is not much to this place, yet it’s nice and out of the way. I was a little sceptical when looking for places online, took a chance here and glad we did. Every site has a tree which is rare in El Paso, there is no picnic table or fire ring, but all services work well. 30 and 50 amp available at all sites. There is a laundry house with 3 each washer and dryer for only $1 each! Shower house is clean. No frills but very nice. Not in the middle of El Paso so feels safer. Outlet mall in walking distance, several other shops and stores 5 minutes. Strong WiFi on site as well. I’ll stay again no problem

This is a rv park that is beside a much larger mobile home park. It looks like it is in an older neighborhood but it is fenced and we felt at ease. The internet is amazingly fast. It is the best park internet we have had in 6 months. Only 1 men’s and 1 women’s shower/restroom. All sites are pull through. There is street noise in morning and evening rush hrs. Park was half full and I think some are working in the area others staying and site seeing. It had a nice laundry and day room.

Made a last minute reservation traveling through, very friendly. Got all the codes and info we needed over the phone, internet was fast. Concrete site surrounded by gravel, level. Interior roads easy to navigate and we had a pull-thru site, didn't even have to disconnect Jeep. We heard some road noise during the night over our heater. Perfect for what we needed - a place to overnight and plug in while it was snowing! Good Verizon service. Rate reflects Good Sam discount.

Just what we needed - full hookups, clean laundry and bathroom/shower facilities, and a safe, quiet place on our overnight. The staff is kind and easy to work with by phone. Our site was perfect for us newbies, being the pull-through site right when you enter the park, so it was super easy for us to park. Laundry was clean and adequate. We have our own washer so we only used a dryer. The only issue I could find (why I put 4 stars) is that the bathhouse, although it was clean, is not heated. Since it was in the 20s-40s degrees outside I regrettably didn't feel like taking a shower. We heard a train (a few blocks away) once or twice at night, but with our heat on as white noise, it wasn't intrusive. One of the best things was that there was an Albertson's really nice grocery store about 10 minutes away. Overall a nice and easy place to stop!

This is a small urban RV park that is less than a half hour to downtown El Paso and about 15 min to Franklin Mountains SP trails. It was clean and the laundry was only $1 a load. There is no management on site and no rules to speak of. Because of the noise from the road, dogs, loud music and such it only makes sense to stay here if you are going to be spending most of your time sightseeing.

We stayed here only one night while traveling through and seeing family. This park is near the highway but far enough away to not be busy out noisy. The park has a fence and trees around it so it seems separated and safe. There were a few campers who looked to have been there for awhile but not junky. Not a lot of amenities but sites were very level and hook ups were great. Small park but Mgr and others were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

I was looking for a same day reservation on a Friday pm and was having a really hard time. This was in mid March, 2022. Gaslight got me in with no hassle. Basically an asphalt lot with pull through spots. Not fancy, but functional. On busy city street, so lot of road noise.
