Our philosophy with regard to wine making is that less is more. We prefer minimal handling in the cellar using gravity whenever possible. We crush into small fermenters, maximizing extraction while managing tannin. We love wine and want everyone else to love it too. We encourage people to taste everything, have fun with food pairings & break a few rules. Remember, wine was once the beverage of the people. It was found on most tables from the royal courts to the more humble kitchens. There are many ways to enjoy wine. Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your table.
