Tueeulala Falls

This trail starts at the O'Shaughnessy Dam. Cross over and travel through the rock tunnel. It's generally flooded here, so watch your step. From the view, it didn't seem that far to Tueeulala Falls, but it took some time to get there. A fresh pair of legs might get you there within an hour, but we were tired from hiking Nevada Falls the day before, so this trip took longer than expected. Tueeulala Falls isn't that heavy, but you still have to walk through it if you're continuing on to the Wapama Falls. Keep that in mind if you don't have waterproof shoes, as you may want to keep a spare pair of socks in your backpack. We favor waterproof duck boots, so we were able to stomp and play in the waterfall without consequence. Gorgeous views all around the reservoir and tons of places to sit off to the side to take it all in. The only bathroom on site is on the road right before you reach the dam parking lot, beside the overflow parking spots that run parallel with the road. Stop there before you continue on or you'll have to walk back up the hill before you begin your hike. You'll see the sign as you drive in.
