the COSTUMER SERVICE WAS GREAT.
The only think that I really did not like was the lot size there is no room on sides of the trailer. I think an extra 5' of space will take care of the problem.
it is pricey. I hope they adjust the price later.

Wanted to work out the bugs on my new RV so came here. Is it expensive, yes. However, the views are spectacular and literally across the street from the Santa Village Mountain bike park.
Showers don't have warm water yet (middle August) but it was a hot day. The restrooms are SUPER nice and clean. I would stay here again for sure.

This place has the most spectacular views, I wish I was a good enough photographer to capture them well. The park is clean, very clean, all the dirt is kept raked and level. The sites are tiered so currently there are hardly any obscured views. Though with the way they have over-planted their landscaping, these views will be limited in a few years.
Be sure to use truck routes getting here. There are lots of roads that would be nearly impossible to drive a rig safely down up in the mountains around here.
The sites are skinny and right next to each other. I had just enough room to fit my TT side to side, but the stairs let us down right next to the next site's sewer and water hookups. There was a SMALL area behind our pad that had a picnic table. Some of the picnic tables were right next to the edge of cliffs.
The tent sites were raked gravely dirt cordoned off by a wood fence making them look like corrals. I'd hate to think about trying to drive tent stakes in that ground, or trying to sleep on all those rocks.
They have planted trees and bushes all around the campground. That would be great except they've seriously over-planted everywhere. In a few years it's going to be almost impossible to get in and out of rigs because there's going to be bushes and trees right outside your door.
This park is a great idea, poorly executed.

Mixed emotions on this park.
The good
A) incredible views (mostly)
B) kind & genuine staff
C) immaculately clean
D) cool play stuff/ toys for kids and pavement galore for scooters and bikes.
E) very close to Arrowhead and other mtn towns.
F) killer WiFi
The bad.
1. sites are small width wise and depth wise.
2. The layout of the park is backwards. With the exception of maybe 5 sites, you’re backing in on your blind side and chances are you’re on a slope, so be prepared for your rig to lean out and away from you. If you pick a site on the leading edge (which are stunning) and own a 30’+ rig, be ready for a fun challenge
3. Price. If you’re going to charge $100+ a night. I want a pool or a hotub, I want a CAMP STORE and I want a big ass site. We were up top (nice and flat) but wedged in. Like tighter than Newport Dunes tight.
4. No real dog run/potty area for pups. Had to meander off past the tent sites for frank to poop.
All in all, very clean quiet place. Hoping prices come down. And hope they build a camp store.

I love the location of this rv resort and, although it’s not perfect for everyone, it was great for our family.
Views are incredible although to squeeze in some sites they made the access roads a bit small. I would skip if I were a big rig, or call and ask for sites that are easy to get into.
Bathrooms are incredibly clean and a combo of a toilet and shower to a room. So, no randos.
Fire pits and games for the kids.
Location across from the skypark is great for families with small kids.
Some people have commented here they wish they didn’t chop down the trees; they didn’t. There was a huge fire in this area in 2006 that destroyed the trees in this area (and took out 300 homes) - don’t dock them for it!

Imagine looking out the back of your RV and seeing an ocean of clouds far below. Hard to beat that for a view and the price reflects it. You should be warned, however, that you're going to pay $150 a night and be limited to 6 minutes with a 5 minute reset period for your showers. I can't quite square the two and since no explanation is given for the limits I'm knocking off two full stars for it.
Wi-Fi was very fast.

We stayed in site 30 on the rim. It was a beautiful spot. It was paved so it was level and not too hard to get in to. Coming into the property you’re going to want to take an immediate left and go the back driveway if your in the sites in the back as the straight on driveway is hard to navigate since it’s all one way traffic through the sites. We had to back up and turn a bit with our 20’ Airstream which wasn’t bad but I could see something larger having issues.
We stayed Memorial Day weekend which meant the park was completely full. For the most part everyone was kind and respectful. There was one site of wild and crazy children that made part of our stay a little less relaxing but all in all we liked it. It’s a short drive to lots of good hiking. We even were able to drive to big bear lake for one of the days.
The only cons for us were that the sites were a little close so you can hear all of your neighbor’s sounds and conversations. If you came on a less busy weekend I imagine it would be a very relaxing stay.
