Horse Creek Recreation Area is located on the Kaweah River and Kaweah Lake in the foothills of central California's Sierra Nevada Mountains. The river and lake offer great fishing, boating, water-skiing and sailing. It is also just 10 miles from Sequoia National Park and is a great basecamp to visit the big trees.
