“stay the way you want”
The spectacular Pacific Northwest scenery alone would make this KOA worth a visit, but wait until you see what there is to do! Take a scenic drive long Samish Bay. Hop a ferry to the San Juan Islands or Victoria. B.C. Join a whale-watching expedition. Go shopping at the outlet stores - not far away. Use this campground as your home base to visit area attractions. Groups appreciate the Rec Hall as a gathering place. Enjoy the cool waters of Friday Creek, which winds through the campground. or relax in KOA's newly resurfaced indoor pool and hot tub. Check out the six new Deluxe Cabins and lodge. This pastoral scene will take your camping experience to the next level. Stroll across the bridge to a 12-acre meadow frequented by deer and bald eagles. Plan an evening at Skagit Valley Casino Resort. Pool: March 1 - November 1. Max pull thru: 70 feet. Your hosts: Howard and Sunny.
One of my favorite KOAs. A good location to explore the northern area of the PNW -- LaConner, Deception Pass, Whitbey Island, Ft. Casey etc.
Extremely clean and neat sites and all the KOA amenities. Really nice KOA cabins in a nice, woodsy setting.
WIFI is acceptable as is Verizon service.
The only negative in my opinion is that visitors are not allowed after 9:00 - there is a gate with a code number to use. Was not a problem for me but still, being a f/t rv'er, I'd like to know I can have friends/family visit whenever
