Tree in the Rock

Very cool! Well worth the 5 minute stop and stretch!

These trees growing out of a rock are all over McCall Idaho area. It is really cool looking though, like a bit 'o magic!

A great quick stop in the CENTER (ie: left lane exit/entrance to freeway). Good spot to stretch the legs, take a pet walk or even for young-ins to run around for a few minutes and climb some rocks, as it is fenced from the parking area (with open gateways). Lidded trash and as well. Plenty of car and RV parking.

A nice stop in the middle of windy mountain road, snow stays longer. But an interesting place to stop by in middle of busy I-80 highway

was it a tree growing out of a rock? or a rock growing out of a tree... i will never know for sure. either way, worth stopping! bring a bottle of water, though. a hoot and a half!
