During our stay we utilize the bath house and the laundry and utilize all the full hook ups. Everything worked fantastically! Also, the bath houses and laundry were exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
As has been stated before in other posts, there are some permanent residence. All of them were very kind and polite, waving and saying hello but not intruding.
The location of the park has a very neighborhood feel and is just far enough away from town to be nice and quiet, but close enough to access everything quickly.

First impressions matter! It was difficult to find the entrance to the park and the office. Super narrow lanes in the park and our 37 ft. RV barely made it around some of the corners and low hanging branches. It's $38/night and they give you 2 nights with Passport America at 50% off. We actually had to make one loop inside the park to exit and then come to the office. Great pricing and the manager was very nice. The Pull through site is very long and narrow but power was good and it was an easy set up once we got the RV situated right. Again, there is a tree with low hanging branches and we needed to position the RV so the slide could. come out freely. First night was OK but the 2nd night our Sykle E-Bikes were stolen off of the back of our truck. Locks were cut. We were supposed to stay one more night but clearly don't trust this place anymore. If you are traveling through Bryan, Texas......don't stop here!

Have to admit we were disappointed with this park. Cable did not work on our site. Grounds aren’t very pretty. Mostly full timers here. Sites are on top of each other. Hook ups need some attention. Will not be back, sorry to say.
