Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on April 23, 2024We chose to stay here for 2 nights while in the College Station area for a wedding. It is brand new. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay while in the College Station area then this is perfect. It is however located right on the freeway so you will get some highway noise. There are no pretty views here either. This place does sale out during every weekend in be fall for Aggie football games. You do get free cable and wifi. The wifi is decent.

I made reservations online to stay here for four days and my credit card was charged the full amount. Then a family emergency happened and I was forced to cancel. My cancellation was well within their "cancel for a full refund" window. I called four times and every time was told that the refund was being processed. It never was. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company and they refunded my money (not the RV Park).
So buyer beware. The owners either don't have their act together or are strapped for cash. We'll reserve elsewhere next time.

We did an overnight stop here on 4/6/2024 after reserving prepaid pull-through spot #40 about a month earlier. Swift check-in, directed to our spot, and staff came by later to check on us. Site is a concrete pad but not very level. Side-to-side leveling was required and we needed to uncouple TT in order to obtain front-to-back level. Site was FHU, which we needed since we were de-winterizing and boondocking the next few days. Water hookup was a little strange, just a bib faucet, very close to the ground that made it impossible to attach my pressure regulator. No picnic table or fire pit. The park was quiet, but it backs up on busy TX-6/US-190 freeway, which provides plenty of daytime traffic noise, although it did not disrupt our night time snooze.
