Adequate park for a short or long term stay. Fewer activities through the year than previously and facilities are underused and locked up. Spraying grass killer everywhere to avoid having to trim around trees, lamp posts and utilities. Grass is rough as they no loner irrigate. Pavilion is mostly locked and no activities. No cook for the cafe. Food trailer is usually closed and limited menu when open. Large pool side umbrellas can no longer be used and the furniture is old and rough shape. Internet is frequently out. Grass is growing into the roadway as they no longer edge. Office is now closed on the weekends and understaffed. Very few activities through the winter. Starting to move manufactured homes into the park. Park was so much nicer and active, but its heyday has passed. As long as they continue to fill the park during the winter there will not be any effort to improve or rejuvenate the culture or ambiance. Great location with groceries and stores close by. hiking, kayaking and bicycling is very close.

If you like to pressure wash your lot, mow and weed eat your area, have on and off wifi and internet service, spotting laundry facilities, the thumping of the ghetto next door seperated by a hodge podge of broken fence, a pool not being operated to "health standards", weed killer sprayed indiscriminately on peoples water supply hoses, the needless killing of wildlife, and sub par activities that are guest led , then this is the patk for you.
This is a campground and not a resport.

This is not a RV Resort. Many of the long term and returning visitors are now leaving in droves due to poor maintenance and managment practices and lack of ammenties.
The management teams solutuon to everything is to have the guest run everything mainly on a volunteer basis.
Now, instead of providing adequate security from the ghetto on the otherside of the hodgepodege of broken fence, they now are forming a volunteer "neighborhood watch" of guest and visitors instead of providing any sort of adequate and proper security.
These practices coupled with poor health standards as it pertains to the pool and food services leaves you susceptible to less than desirable risk. Most of last year the pool was maintained and operated without the proper "Certified Pool Operator". A state requirement.
The management "select friends" in the park needlessly and illegally slaughter dozen of adult and baby ducks. A continued practice despite all the displeasure voiced.
Please know this parks practice is to "blackball" you at other parks if you voice any concerns.....
Pass on this one, its cheap for a reason!

Not much to say other then, – This place is a dump!! Anywhere else to stay would be better. No care in the property, amenities, guests or anything. Dont waste your money here, Bad experience, Bad management, and borderline discriminator. Belle Parc is crap.

They turned off my internet and told me I was using too much and needed to pay more money. How was i suppose to know there was a limit, no one said that. The pool was broken and needed some parts. Not a very friendly place, nearly run over by a golf cart and a mean looking man, think he was a worker and the same person that told me the pool was broken.
