You won’t find a better set of hot springs, highly recommend a 4WD vehicle as the road can be rough (especially in the winter).

You can’t camp in the last half mile that leads to the springs, as the signs say. But anywhere on the dirt road turn-outs before then is fine. Around sunset a sheriff came through, seemingly just to check things out, and they were fine with us camping there. There were other people too in tents and a small RV (someone even slept on their sleeping bag on the ground but I wouldn’t recommend that because there are some mosquitoes and early morning you can hear coyotes). The springs are very cool, we woke up to get to them at sunrise and I’d recommend doing that for the summer time because it can get hot out by late morning. By the way, it seems like they are clothing-optional judging by a couple people we saw there.

Road is a bit rough but not long.
Plenty of space to park but not super private.
If you follow the road to the right at the fork, it leads to several hot spring pools. You’ll see a sign. There’s a parking lot and a bathroom. Cool chill spot.

Drove our Winnie 32H class A up here. I would do it again for sure but it is bumpy and rutted dirt road in the beginning for the first 1/4 mi until you get to top of first hill. Didn't drive all the way to the hot springs. Found a pull off early on maybe 1/4 mi up the dirt road off to the right. I recommend detaching toad in advance. The road is rough, but just need to take it slow. Lots of dirt. My major issue is that it is super busy with cars driving in and out all day/night. Do not expect privacy from other campers. Everyone is nice, it is just very busy/popular location. We were here the middle of the week in October and it was still busy.

Easily access off 395 south of Bridgeport (where overnight parking on streets is not allowed). Dirt roads with some ruts and potholes, but drivable. Depending on the sites, don’t expect them to be too level. But the views are very nice. Fairly busy the mid week we stayed.

This seems to be a fairly popular camping area because of the nearby natural hotsprings (about .2 miles away. Dispersed camping. We were able to find a fairly level spot with our rig but larger rigs would find it challenging.

Signs all over say no camping. Great hot springs unfortunately people are ruining it by leaving beer caps and cigarette butts. We are going to lose our freedoms to stay at these beautiful places if careless people keep this up. Picked up this trash so the next person can enjoy the spot.

Great hot springs, well worth a visit, but there are much better camping options in the area than the occasional little pull outs by a dusty road that are legal to use for camping. The area near the hot springs itself is only legal for day use parking.
