Being in Breckenridge we decided to splurge for a few days at this beautiful park. Just like at Blue Water Key, most of these lots are privately owned and you rent from the owners. It’s a very beautiful park with lots of amenities and close to Breckenridge.

This park consists of privately owned chalets and privately owned RV lots that are intermixed. We rented our spot directly through Tiger Run, although you may get a better deal if you can rent directly through an owner (search online).
The location of the park was perfect for skiing this winter. Less than 10 minutes south to get to Breck, and about 10 minutes north to get Keystone, 20 to Copper Mountain, and about an hour to Vail and Beaver Creek. Summit County has awesome free transportation and there is a shuttle stop right outside the entrance of Tiger Run. The mountain views surrounding the park and the Summit County area are amazing and we miss it greatly.
There are some nice amenities at the park including a couple of hot tubs, a pool, showers with lockers, a game room, fitness center ect. We met a lot of other full timers at the club house, and enjoyed having this available to us. The Colorado Trail also backs up to the park, with a handful of other trails branching off of it - so there were a lot of hiking options.
We found the front desk employees to be very polite and professional, but unable to answer basic questions regarding our monthly stay. We found this to be the general consensus among other long term RVers. As we stayed during the winter months, they did an excellent job of plowing the roads within the park and making sure everything was RV accessible.
Along with our monthly rental fee, we were responsible for paying our own electricity. If you are staying for the winter and are interested in renting a larger propane tank, contact Amerigas prior to your stay to get on the wait list, as they go fast.
The free wifi here was not very useful and download speeds here were awful (0-1 1/2 mb) even with 2-3 bars Verizon LTE and a booster. When downloading large files for work, we had to go into town to snag some free wifi.
Overall, this was the most we have ever paid for a park ( when you factor in electricity and propane), but we really enjoyed the area and the park, and will be back.

The wifi couldn't keep up to even surf the web (they have tigernet and I've never had good experience with this).
The maintenance individual was rude when we asked him to come back and power wash the site we were in (he then THREW his equipment into his buggie and stormed off).
The cable was not clear.
The area is really nice and the location is good but for the price you kind of want all the features that they brag about.

It should be a 6 star rating for this place, but there were two glitches:
- We showed up and were a little early. They let us park in our space, and I was on the phone for work when a maintenance individual came and knocked on the door. My little brother went outside to talk to him and he wanted to pressure wash the pad. Once my brother told him to please come back later, he literally threw his pressure washer hose into his cart, yelled at my brother, and went off (and didn't re-connect my water since that was the water he was going to use for washing). Just plain rude.
- Wifi was MISERABLE! I wouldn't complain if I were paying $30/night but come on...for $80/night and you are full...you can figure this out (and I work from my RV so it's important for me).
The reason for 3 stars is that they have the potential for 6 but I think they have a little too much Hubris!

Tiger Run is conveniently located just on the outskirts of Breckenridge, CO. Their sites are appropriately setup for winter camping with heated water taps. We arrived and upgraded our site to one of their Blue River sites. Jennifer in the office took time to show us some sites on the computer since it would be easier than hauling our rig through the park to look at them. Since they were not planning on using the site it was not plowed, but they were prompt to get it cleaned. Not sure I would upgrade again in the winter. The fire pits are snowed over and there is snow blocking access to the river gate at your site. Backing our rig in was a bit difficult to the size of the snowbanks surrounding the site. After a few tries we were able to get the rig turned into the site. The internet was weak considering we were right next to the fire pit repeater. They have a very nice clubhouse with some vintage video games, hot tub, and pool. The pool is kept at 85F which is a bit cold when coming in from the outside. Never the less it was nice to have, but really not usable. The park is quiet and enjoyable with a convenient location to Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, and Leadville. For being the only game in town in the winter they still give the treatment they would give all year round under the winter conditions.

Been here many times before. Great place to park the rv, go for a mountain bike ride or take the dirt bike out for a spin on some back country tracks. Very clean. Off season is around $50 a night. Worth it.

This resort is very very expensive but incredibly beautiful. The sites are huge and the staff is very nice. The cable tv service though is not good.

These sites are all privately owned, so depending on what site you rent, your experience may be different. We loved this park. It's a secure area conveniently located between Frisco and Breckenridge. We had full hookups and even a covered area for the picnic table. The development is very pretty with lots of room to walk around. They have a small little dog park as well.

We arrived for two nights from June 14-16. What can we say that others with 5 stars haven’t. What a place to wake up and see snow still on mountains around us. Nice temps at night around built in fire pits.
