Timberlane 55+ RV Park & Resort

The owner Lisa dose a great job with the park nice sites and very friendly atmosphere. You do have to drive about a half hour to do most activities but if you don't mind seeing the area it's not a bad drive

Located between Bradenton and Sarasota. 55+ park which was not important to us,, but was so quiet. Pet friendly.. latge, Flat, grass sites many with mature trees. Feels like a park setting. Owner was wonderful and let us pick a site from those available. Everything was spotless including pool and laundry.
Wifi was weak non existent.
Pool closed at 5pm. Days were quite warm and would have been nice to extend a few hours.
Laundry closed at 5pm. You need to really plan your day around limited hours.
No shower facilities, while we managed this fine, I missed this on their website along with limited amenity hours. We travel in a 24ft sprinter and shower is tight so ok but prefer nice shower house.
Very nice, just be aware of limitations and how those might affect your stay. Could easily be a 4 or 5 rating with shower house and better pool laundry access

We spent 4 days at Timberlane RV Park & Resort. We loved it. When we arrived, the staff led us to our site and then helped us back in. I've never experienced that before. The roads are well-paved and wide. All of the facilities are very clean and modern. Each site has a picknick table.

The heated pool, club house, and office are nice. There is a stream that runs through the park with two adjacent ponds. There is a grassy area with picnic tables and cornhole goals. I loved walking through the park every morning.

The location is convenient to Interstate 75. There are Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, a Costco, CVS and Walgreens, and other stores and restaurants within a 4-5 minute drive.

While staying, we visited St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs, Tampa, Sarasota, and other areas within an hour drive.

I would highly recommend the Timberlane RV Park & Resort. We definitely plan to return.
