The philosophy at SALT is simple. We believe in humane animal husbandry and the Farm to Fork movement. Farm to Fork ensures the shortest distance from farm to table. It doesn’t have to be sprayed with chemicals to protect it for the long haul to the restaurant. Our beef is raised in pastures and never goes to feedlots. Visit our sister restaurant Colterra Food and Wine in pastoral Niwot to sample a taste from our gardens, and come sit at our table.
