“Weed paring menu”

Hapa is Hawaiian for a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures. Our food, like our name, reflects this dynamic combination of East and West. Traditional Japanese fare is altered and amplified to create a unique cuisine- Hapa. Hapa has also created a menu to celebrate the legalization of marijuana in Colorado. The menu pairs certain types of marijuana with complementary dishes. The menu became official January 1st 2014.
