We stayed here recently 6 nights while visiting family in Boulder City. The check in was smooth. The rooms clean and comfortable.
My only complaint (and it’s a biggie) is that by the 4th day housekeeping had not been in at all to make beds, empty trash cans or collect and replace dirty towels with clean ones. Now I don’t need clean sheets every day or even every other day but the rest should have been taken care of without my having to locate a cart/housekeeper to get clean towels and get my wastebaskets emptied.
I know many businesses are short handed right now but some things should be a priority no matter.
I’m seriously considering staying somewhere else next time.
