The personnel here were very helpful as well as the residents we met - and we met several. There aren't a lot of transients. We picked , not knowing anything, a spot that was in the middle of permanent residents and it was very small and tight. There is a group of RV spots that might be better for most folks. Talk to them about the situation before you make a choice. We never used their facilities, as it was COVID time, but they looked very nice.
