Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on July 27, 2019RVs are parked very closely, and sites are very basic, but the serenity and beauty of this location at the lake balance everything out.
Closer to the road than the lake (5 min walk) and the road can be a little noisy at times.
Upside: Feels like you're really in the country, so an easy way to "get outta town" for the weekend. The place was packed, we were lucky to get in on such last minute notice.
Included in camp fees is one (1) free dump for your rig.
WIFI not included, and cell service was less than expected for still being close to town.

Super disappointed in this RV park. The spaces were cramped. Tow vehicles had to be parked remotely. Bathroom hours limited. No WiFi. The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Super long list of rules and restrictions. I felt like I was intruding on their convenience, instead of being treated like a guest. I booked a “premium” site with the hope of enjoying a view of the lake. The view was actually a sliver of water, if you stood in just the right spot. Will not return.

The campground is quiet, no kids around but it may get busier in the summer. The facilities are nice. Nice lake shore area with a dock.
Sites are very close with no privacy.
No WIFI
Nice but nothing special.

We stayed at this campground last year and again this year 7/2023. It’s 45min to Seattle but very close to another city which has pretty much everything you would need.
The laundry looked super small and old (just viewed from the outside). We used a laundry mat in the city though since there are a few around. We had a nice corner spot, so we had a good amount of space from neighbors and the campground was quiet. They had a nice lake and dock we would go to every night and star gaze (the highlight of the campground for us). It was a little pricey though for the fact it’s a drive to Seattle and the laundrymat was small.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful mom and pop place on a lake south of Seattle, this is the spot for you. We just spent the night here, but it seems like most stay for longer. Even though it is a little worn down and the grass needs cutting, the staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean. It has a cute dock area and nice playground for the kids. The office closes at 5 so be sure to call ahead if you will be arriving late.
