Stayed here for 5 nights during Cruisin' on the Coast Classic Car Show. About 15 minutes from the "main drag" events but away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly and helpful staff. That's the good news. On the downside, although the sites are level, only half are pull through and the rest are back-in and very close together. We have a bumper pull travel trailer and my husband is an excellent backer, he had to really jockey to get into our site. The roadway is narrow and with campers on both sides with their slideouts and awnings extended, it was very hard to get our rig positioned. The WiFi was okay but no cable tv.

Not really set up for to large of rigs. Flat spots sort of gravel and kinda muddy and very tiny spots. All hook ups are in the middle of the spot. We wanted to stay hooked up and with the hookups in the middle and our long setup we couldn’t hook our sewer up. Friendly staff but this is mainly full timers living here. Also loud.

Gravel, muddy, close to I-10 with easy check-in. Level gravel dirt spot with some mud. Good elec, water, did not use sewer. Fairly Quiet with occasional vehicle coming in during the middle of the night. Some junky full-time residence and some very expensive full-time rigs. Next time through will find a different campsite.

I was in a pull through site, very close to the neighbor. It rained during the night and I had to unhook in a large puddle. Seems like mostly full timers, some nice rigs but also some that are pretty run down. I’ll try another place next time.

Called for availability to show up before 9 and although she said they had a spot, she didn’t want anyone arriving “that late.” This was a Saturday evening. Shocked, disappointed, angry at poor service.
