Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on April 19, 2018Second time here. Convenient when coming in on Rte 87 from the south. Once here five years ago and it was the same. Primarily set up for the long term user working in the area. Not bad, but not well kept up. I've a hunch it can get loud on weekends when the boys want to party.
C/G internet works poorly according to management. Verizon hot xpot works fine here in ATT land.

Park is a little run down. Took my dog for a walk at night and a pit bull off leash with a collar on startled me. I quickly took my dog back inside because I didn’t know what to expect. When you register there is a sign posted stating all dogs must be on a leash and lists breed restrictions, which include pit bulls. The dog seemed friendly, though.
My husband checked out the bathrooms and said they are not clean so be aware.
We took a walk in an area called the birding trail and saw a lot of doves and a few cardinals. We also saw a large cement tank with water leaking out of it and the lid partially removed. We think it may be a large septic tank. Watch your step!!
The park is right off Hwy. 87 so expect some noise.

We stayed here for a 2 night layover in late March 2018 in site A. It was very level with 50 amp FHU, had cable and excellent Wi-Fi, no picnic table. Staff was pleasant. The park was nothing special, seemed to have a lot of long term workers but it was quiet enough.

We are traveling in a 30 ft. Winnebago pulling a 17 ft. cargo trailer.
Arrived after hours on a Saturday.
Had called for a reservation and they left us information on the porch.
No issues finding or pulling into our spot.
