The Big Bear Oktoberfest opening weekend was fantastic! We went at lunch time and enjoyed watching many contests, like log-sawing and stein-holding. The live band was super, and when the band took a break the DJ played a great mix of music to satisfy the crowd. We went back in the evening and the mood was even more lively and the same live band was still going strong. More contests, like Shot and Yodel, beer-pong and the Hokey Pokey were played. Awesome time in the mountains!
