This campground only opened August 15th of this year, and is still clearly under construction, but I think it has a lot of potential. There were maybe 12-15 sites ready for use, but a lot more still being worked on. There is also an adjacent field that was being bulldozed for even more sites (edit, I learned that this other field is a different campground being built by a different group). The bathhouse was still also under construction, so I couldn't go inside to see how it looked. I didn't see any other amenities such as dog walks or playgrounds, but they may show up in the future (edit, the owner Jesse told me that they have these things in the plan, but have not gotten them completed yet). The sites themselves are large and graveled so I had no trouble backing into mine. There was enough slope to the site that I ended up using the two front stabilizers, right into the gravel and only one stabilizer in the rear with all of my blocks under it. Side to side wasn't bad with only about half an inch needed on the driver's side. It's possible that had I pulled a few feet forward toward the road, I might have been more level, but I didn't test that. The site was long enough to for my camper (26 feet), plus my truck with lots of spare room. I saw other occupied sites with much larger rigs, so there's plenty of room. I had full hookups which worked fine and had no issues. Their web site warns about high water pressure, but my regulator's gauge showed only 52psi so no problem for me. The power pedestal had both the 30 and 50 amp and had no power issues even in the rain. Sewer was at ground level and had a screw in cap. I will comment that it was raining the whole time we were there and if you step off the gravel campsite, your in the mud, and that's were all of the connections were. Again, this is a brand new campground and grass/weeds have not grown back into the open dirt areas yet (edit, the owner later told me that they have planted grass in these areas multiple times and are trying again). The graveled site was plenty wide enough for my camper and a large rug with plenty of space between sites. There was a nice fire ring which I didn't get to use due to the rain and a wooden picnic table on the gravel. The sites themselves were marked clearly and the entrance has a nice wooden sign, but after dark, I ran past it twice trying to find it (edit, the owner indicated that they had solar lights on the sign, but due to the rain, they were not very bright. They are also building a new sign that will be more visible). There is also a little sharper turn to get into the campground, but I and other rigs had no trouble with it. There is a lot of road noise with passing trucks on two sides. There is no campground wifi at this time, but I had 2 bars with ATT, so did ok.
After posting this review, Jesse, the owner followed up with me to ensure that we had a good visit and talk about their plans for the campground. He and his wife are anxious to make sure that all of the campers are taken care of and have a good experience. They are at the campground most every day as they are doing most of the construction themselves, but due to the rain, I missed them and the doughnuts that they brought around on Saturday. We will be back to this area again and would be happy to stay at this campground.

This campground been opened for 3 months and the owners are continuing to make improvements and expanding. This campground is located close to Ocoee River where ‘96 White rafting Olympics were held. There is Cherokee National Forest within minutes that has various hikes, Benton waterfall and few scenic views. Shopping and restaurants are about 20 minutes away in Cleveland, TN.
We stayed at site #2 in our 45ft 5th wheel. The sites are gravel, full hookup, has fire pit and picnic table. Had good Verizon signal at this site. Owners are very friendly and treated us to Sony donuts as we were leaving. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we are in the area.

Had a good time with the fam. Owners very welcoming and accommodating. Sites are roomy. Good water pressure. Some road noise even with dual pane windows. Our new go to park instead of the KOA.

This is a brand new CG. The owners continue adding new sites and just completed a new bathhouse and laundry facilities. (The bathhouse is fabulous!) The CG is easily accessible, is big-rig friendly and right off Highway 64 along the Ocoee River in Benton, TN. (If you are interested in white water rafting or hiking in the Ocoee area, this is the CG for you.) The owners and camp hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to welcome campers. You can tell the owners are continuing to expand the size of the CG and we anticipate great things in the months to come. We have Verizon cell service and we had excellent coverage during our stay. We stayed at Ocoee RV Park on our way through the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Jesse is a great guy. He has built this campground himself. We always enjoy our stay.
