Really disappointed. The front door didn’t close! We were able to lock it but really?! The bathroom door didn’t close either. I pulled it close as I could get and had to have hubby open from other side to get out. Place felt dingy. The smoke detector had the face off and wires capped so not working. We called to ask for different room and were told they were full but would send maintenance over. Meanwhile I’d received email asking me to rate my check in experience where I rated the front desk as excellent (very helpful giving directions to nearby stores) and informative (outdoor pool not heated—have hot tub that’s hot but no jets/bubbles). When I gave poor rating on room another email came from management saying problem mitigated with patron. What?! Because they said they’d send maintenance? Which BTW did not happen. We only stayed one night so let issue drop but I do NOT recommend this place.
