“Yasuhiro” is the sushi chef of WasaBee. His family runs traditional style Sushi restaurant in Kyoto Japan. After he moved to San Francisco, he has been working as a sushi chef for several popular sushi places for the past 10 plus years. WasaBee serves the sushi that its preparation was handed down from his father and developed through the competition in the bay area.
