Great stop over. Cute park with playground and pool. Sites are somewhat level. Lots of room. Got our 32 foot trailer without any issue.

Stayed here for one night recently. Appears to be 6 sites with electricity and water. Park on grass by playground. Up to 3 nights permitted for free/donation. Very quiet at night. Use coordinates to find RV entrance which is off Elk Street. Google Maps will take you to park entrance by baseball diamonds instead. Didn’t use facilities.

5 sites with full hookups up to 50 amp. Probably enough space for some boondockers or tent campers. No sewer or dump station but otherwise great stopover. Community park with ball fields, playground, outdoor pool nice walking path. Nice field for campers. New bathrooms but no showers. Community member said park was destroyed by tornado in 2014 but the town rebuilt. Nice place for a few restful days. 3 day limit. Donation requested.

We were going to stay at a different free camping site in Beaver Crossing, but a gentleman came by and told us that we would have less wind at the site in town. We decided to check it out and ended up staying at the camp in town. He was right, much less wind issues in town. We were the only ones at the camp that night, which was fine. We had a fire ring, picnic tables, and bathrooms all to ourselves. The bathrooms looked brand new, clean and fully stocked with product. Nice playground. There's a little highway noise, not an issue. The stars were gorgeous, even in town.

We remembered this site from a couple of years ago when we camped. Thought we would try it out again. We were delighted.
No other campers.
Water and electric hookups.
Bathrooms open and clean. Flush toilets.
Peaceful. Quiet. A real gem.
Had a chance to watch the locals play baseball.
Donations accepted.

We stayed one night, it was a Saturday night. There were 5 other campers there. We parked in the main area but later discovered that there is another spot for other campers that is by the ball field (that also has electricity). There are not designated spots to park. In the main area, there are 5 electrical hookups. We just parked in the grass since we left early in the morning.
The bathrooms are very clean. Cell service was bad with AT&T and T-Mobile. It would come and go but basically useless. Playground is nice if you have kids.
The camping is free but they accept donations

I wouldn't say this is a destination campground, but it is great for an overnight or a weekend. It's a gravel/grass/dirt parking lot with electric hookups and water spigots on one end. There is a picnic shelter and bathrooms.
I had decent signals on Verizon, T-mobile, and AT&T - enough for streaming anyway. There is a bar-restaurant you can walk to in 5 minutes. There is also a large hardware store in town. Coming in from highway 80E/420, just follow the signs to the campground. There is a nice walking trail around the park, and there is a playground and a pool here.
Max stay is 3 days, but you can contact the city if you'd like to stay longer. There is a donation box at the entrance to the campground/parking lot.
I found it to be very quiet, even on a Friday night.

Quiet, shady, peaceful little city park in Beaver Crossing, NE, population ~375. Unattended, paid $10 donation. Has electric and water, picnic shelters.
Only eatery is Beaver Creek Corner Bar and Restaurant, which is closed Mon., Tues., Weds. So on those days bring your own meal. No supermarket visible in town.
