This place has very nice RV and tent sights. It's open year round and has warm showers for all campers staying there. The lake is beautiful and great fishing. There are 3 cute and cozy cabins for rent, but it's best to Reserve from their web sight.http://www.co.douglas.or.us/Parks.There is a day use area too, with great picnic and bbq areas, and beautiful pavilion. Fun trails to hike on. The camp hosts are friendly and helpful. Just 8 miles east from Interstate 5. Paved roads and Rv spots. You can get cell service in 1 or 2 spots but for the most part there isn't any cell service. Not a lot of traffic so it's very quiet. And there's a cute little market by the freeway, in Azelea, just in case you need something.

There are very few options currently for camping in the northwest. Douglas County Parks (OR) are currently open for self contained RVs. (The bathhouse is open 2 hours in the morning and evening).
I was surprised by how well kept the park was and how easy the reservation process was. There are only about 25 sites plus some cabins. It is quiet now but I imagine it is full during peak season or weekends.
It is far enough off the freeway to avoid road noise. Just the occasional log truck on a country road.
There is NO cell service within about 5 miles.

Stayed here in November. Almost had place to ourselves. Quiet and well kept. We didn't use the facilities as had RV but appeared well kept as well. Bring lots of blocks for leveling. Our site was away from the other sites and perfect.
