We dumped here before heading to Utah. No rinse hose hooked up (non-pot). Didn't use the potable source but did see others who were in front of us using it.

I was so happy the previous reviewer highlighted that this was here! If you are in the park you can dump here and get fresh water for free. The spigot pumps are on the opposite side of the pull-through than the dump hole. There is one that you can connect to rinse your tank (non-potable, clearly marked) and there is another with fresh potable water (also clearly marked). Both were operating as of May 4th. You just have to have long enough hoses to reach across the width of your vehicle ( my hoses are not very long and they reached fine). Another bonus is that there are showers right next to the dump station as well as a laundry facility. $2 in quarters for 8 minutes in the shower, and there is a change machine. I didn’t do laundry so I didn’t look at the price. I bought a national parks pass for $80, camped outside of the park on a forest service road for free and came back into the park the next day to hike again and use all the facilities.

Nice roads in, if you have park entrance pass it's free, easy access, nice facility. Baby elk hang out while you get water.

Astounding that this single dump station inside the GCNP manages to take care of the waste for hundreds of rigs each day. Only one smaller than usual sewer port, the roadway tilts the wrong way, and no tank flush hose or outlet (no way to rinse black tanks or surrounding area). Yes there is free potable water, but the pressure was Very low, and there’s a long line of people filling up jugs. Recommend finding another place to dump- Williams or Flagstaff.

Re: the laundry/showers, CLOSED. In addition to the sign at the entrance, just spoke with a facilities manager at this location who said these facilities will probably open towards the end of the month.

It was so nice to be able to stop just before camping and empty out my tanks. But the biggest bonus was that I could also fill my freshwater tank with the water that was designated "drinking water". There was only one other person just pulling away, so I was able to take my time. No one was there to question is I was staying at any campgrounds. It is located outside of the RV parks, so I think it is find for anyone to use.

Dumped here on 05/02/22 and found it to be a nice free dump station about 12 miles from the Long Jim Loop Dispersed Campgrounds. Just a note, the dump station is inside the Grand Canyon NP and if you don’t have a park pass you will need to pay the fee to enter (so kind of free). The dump station seems a bit small, but for us was perfect. There is no hoses to clean your sewage hose, we used a bucket. There is free freshwater, but be careful the pressure is strong! Also, we recommend putting something on the end of the hose going into the sewage because it’s just a hole in the ground.

We had our first poopsy at this dump. The sewer hole is smaller than most other dumps, so don't open your valves all the way to start. We cleaned the area with a bucket of water since there is no hose at the dump.

Only one dump receptacle. Although the instructions on the sign include flushing, there is not the proper non-potable flushing water source. There is a broken unit. So if you flush your tanks you are using the potable water source. This is unsanitary and I will be writing the National Park Service about this issue.

At Watchman campground in Zion NP we also found the two flushing units broken. One unit supplied flushing water but leaked at the top so you got a unpleasant shower.

This is an inexcusable situation at a time fees have been substantially increased.

Didn’t camp inside the Grand Canyon. Did dispersed camping just outside south entrance. This dump was free to use, free dumpster, and has free potable water as well to fill up. Located next to laundry services too! Only con was no non potable water to clean the stinky slinky after dumping
