The fried oyster tacos are a must at chef Shawn Cirkiel's new restaurant inside the downtown Radisson Hotel. Specializing in modern southwestern cuisine, it also boasts one of the best views overlooking Town Lake and the South Congress Bridge. It's the perfect place to watch Austin's bats take flight at 8pm while sipping a smoked cherry margarita.
