“the best views of Atlantic Beach”
Flying high over the crystal coast is something you and your family will remember for years to come. Dragonfly is located in beautiful Atlantic Beach just a short distance from Emerald Isle. Parasailing boat tours offer spectacular ariel views of Fort Macon State Park, Cape Lookout Lighthouse, wild horses on Shackelford Banks and the abundant sea life of this beautiful inlet. The hour-long boat trip will start next to the Atlantic beach bridge and take you to the inlet and sometimes the ocean. First, instructions and safety procedures will be given and all questions will be answered. Next you and your partner will be suited up in custom parasail harnesses and life-jackets. Your flight will then take off from the boat’s flight deck where you and your partner will ride side by side. Each flight will be around 10-15 minutes long. You can choose to get your feet dipped or to stay dry throughout the parasail ride. You will then be pulled back to the boat, using a hydraulic winch system, and land softly on the flight deck.
