This is definitely a place for long-termers with a few sites for daily rentals. Full hookups - some, but not all sites with 50a. There is a bathroom/laundry facility, but no indication of showers although I didn't check. The sites were level and the owners very nice. The wifi worked well so that I could get some work done. It's right on Hwy 20 so there is plenty of road noise. This was a one-night only type place for us and didn't even spend any time out of the RV.

Good overnight spot right on Highway 20. Owners are very friendly and we were able to reserve a site with no problems. FHU and everything worked great

Totally surprised with this site. When you pull in it looks barren and those that need fancy won't like it. But the sites are level and FHU for $25. Not sure what the one reviewer was talking about (although he admitted to not looking around) but they have two showers. The building from the outside looks rough but it's clean on the inside. Shower was alot cleaner than the KOA in St Louis. And I haven't heard any road noise tonight even while sitting at picnic table much less while in unit. Of course we aren't parked right next to road but it looks like they have 5 sites on road.
The best parts for me; a. 150 yards walk to very clean city pool with lifeguards, diving board, and water slide for $4 till 9pm, b. nice city playground next door, and c. bowling alley with grill across the road.
The lady that runs the place is very helpful and talkative if you like that. I'm not much of a talker.
Fast wifi.

Great little RV spark, stopped on overnight on way to Badlands/Yellowstone. Would highly recommend, easy access to the Cowboy Rail Trail was able to get a quick ride on before hitting the road. Atkinson is real Americana could have spent another days. Owners went out of their way to make sure all was well, very clean.
