If there was a negative star rating I would give it! My brother booked the Dream Weaver cabin for him & his wife for their honeymoon tonight. They get there and another couple is in their cabin that they already reserved and paid for! The other couple said the owner's husband booked them in last min. Owner came by & was rude telling my brother and his wife they could pay for another cabin that wasn't romantic. The owner would not budge & provide reasonable customer service to fix the situation! Not to mention they drove 4 hrs to get there! Way to ruin not only a weekend but a memory. Note, the website still shows availability for the same cabin tonight even though it's occupied!
