Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on June 16, 2021We just finished up our 4 night stay here and it was a huge success. My wife and I brought our 15 year old son and 13 year old daughter and we were always on the go. Great hiking, kayaking, fishing, and bike riding trails. There was still snow around the campsites at its late June.

We enjoyed our stay. Camp hosts were on it. Beware of the bears they warned us at check in. Next morning ran into another camper that was asking where the store was as the bear had cleaned out their ice chest that was left outside the night before. I shared with our group (sites 13 & 15) who laughed it off. They were visited the next 2 nights bahahaha. We only had the friendly chipmunks visit our site.
Lake view with a short walk to the waters edge. Friendly campers too.

Got to the lake on Thursday afternoon, campground full, lots of people but still not a lot of noise. Nice back-in spot, not much privacy, nice view of the creek, no flat spot big enough for two camp chairs side by side. Started off pretty cold but changed to hot by Saturday, and out came the mosquitoes. Campground host was wonderful, stayed here because we could get a reservation but going forward would time it better and try a first come campground nearby ,
