My stay at this hotel was less than I expected. I attended a 40th bday party there last week. When I booked, they quoted me one price and then called me back later the next day and explained that the rate was wrong and that it would be more than the original quote. Once I arrived they added on an additional fee in case damage was done during my stay. They charged $100 cash or $50 on my credit card. I asked why wasn't that explained when I booked! I was coming from out of town and was t prepared for the additional fees. The money will be refunded after the stay..they said but I needed to money for the party (drinks, bday gift, etc). I spoke to the manager Mike and he was completely rude!! He starts talking about how other hotels like the Marriott and other "upscale" hotels do this. This hotel is NOT upscale and to charge $100 for rooms that are just okay was unacceptable!! It was down right ridiculous!!! The rudeness and less than stellar rooms was not my idea of good service. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. I would rather go to a better hotel that has better service and a better manager who is not rude and will not accomodate guests!!

Stayed here overnight while on a road trip.. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms upgraded. The continental Breakfast was very basic - waffled, bagels, toast, cereal, juice, coffee, and granny Smith apples.. Would have loved some more choices.

On my way back home from a big road trip i stayed in Blue Cypress Hotel overnight. This hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. In my room there was a huge makeup mirror i just wanted to take home with me! The hotels location is great close to some nice restaurants and and all the tourist sites, you can also get a shuttle ride to the stadium. The hotel provides a very nice fitness center and a bar. I recommend it and if i find myself in Arlington again i'm gonna visit it.
