Fun dinner suggestion - call the Big Texan Steak House. They’ll pick you up in a free limo and take you to/from their restaurant for dinner. Fun place and my prime rib was great! And if you can eat a 72 oz steak dinner, it’s free! Fun to watch others try.

Arrived around 7pm to a handful of parked cars and RV’s. The visitors center was closed but the restrooms, accessible from outside, were open 24/7. There are a couple of picnic tables with power outlets near the tables. However, I didn’t check to see if they work since my van has solar power.

Excellent rest area. The restrooms are so clean you can practically eat off the floor, lol. Beautiful grounds, freshly mowed. 24 hour vending machines.

Lots of space to park for free. Clean, level and picturesque. Visitor center closed when we arrived but open in morning - very clean facility and informative staff. Couldn’t beat location right off highway.

For an overnight stay, this is super! The staff here, extremely friendly & very helpful. Spaces for RV's are limited, however the truck area has ample space. The RV's are separate from the trucks, so it's quieter. There is road noise, but not too bad. In the RV section, we could open our slides and keep our steps out with out worry of someone clipping them. The entrance is 13'1, our height is 13'7. So we entered on the truck side. The staff directed us to leave and re-enter through the exit. No problem doing that! They do offer free wi-fi here, but we were unable to get it to work. So we used our hot spot.

This is a great place to stop for an overnight stay. The information center was closed when we arrived, but the bathrooms are open 24 hours. The bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve seen. For those familiar with the Buc-ees convenience stores and gas stations in Texas, the restrooms were even cleaner than buc-ees... It’s a safe place, there are cameras everywhere. The information center was open in the morning before we left, and has the greatest collection of traveler information I’ve seen with really friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again...

We stayed one night here on our way through. The RV sites are pull-through and have enough room to use slide outs. Some highway noise, but it was a nice place to stay. Do watch the height of the entrance and, if necessary, use the exit to go in.

I had planned to do an overnight at the Flying J just north of the I-40 from this spot. Saw this place pop up on my Google map and decided to check it out. Glad I did, it was much quieter than an overnight at the truck stop. I would argue even quieter than a typical Walmart. There are two parking areas. I did not fit well in the RV side, (33ft MH + Toad) so I stayed on the side for commercial trucks. I had to deal with a little more noise than the RV area, but still far less than a truck stop. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this for a quick overnight stop.

I'm giving it five stars for what it is, a very convenient & safe way to stop for a night without going far off your route. There is going to be some noise, but I didn't find it too distracting for being able to go to sleep.
I pulled in last night around 9:30 pm, and there were only a few other cars on the RV side, though I woke up to two more RV's this morning. There seems to be plenty of space, it was easy to get into, and I felt plenty safe.
There are restrooms on site, though I have used my onboard tanks and cannot speak to the cleanliness of the public restroom.
I tow a 26 foot trailer and I max out one of the RV lanes, though if it's not too crowded you probably could park across two lanes with a longer trailer.

Nice level paved parking area. There were about 7 spaces designated for RV parking. We are 55’ long total and fit. There is an additional lot for semi parking. There were only a couple trucks there for the evening.
Can’t be a nice spot like this for a quick overnight stay. Plenty of space to walk the dog too. Exit 76 off i40 on the south side of the interstate.
