“bit rustic, with a little urban flai”
The kitchen is well equipped with all new equipment. The menu features steaks and seafood, many different fresh vegetables and steak toppers. Specialties of the house include unique pretzel bread, yummy infused sour cream baked potatoes, and Embers own spread. The bacon and sausage appetizer is a crowd pleaser, along with a wonderful and unusual jalapeño cheesecake. Prime rib is extremely popular, as is the halibut. The environment at Embers is calm and has an ‘out of town’ feel. Just inside the front door stands a three and a half foot tall gold and copper rendering of The Embers ‘flame’ logo. To augment the western feel, genuine cowhide adorns the upper soffit and one cowhide panel hangs on the wall. The comfortable chairs have a leather lattice work back and complete that western flair.
