Sleep Inn & Suites West Medical Center

A nice, clean hotel, easy to find off the interstate. My only con is the front desk person was not helpful. You can tell that this person would say the same thing with every check in…. But when asked something else, would not answer, and stare at you. I had misplaced my keys and went to the desk to get a replacement and the person went outside to smoke, made eye contact with me from where they smoking and moved so I couldn’t see them. My family had fun at the pool. I can’t call moment on breakfast, because I haven’t gone down there, yet.

Definitely a nice stay, other than the front desk. If you plan on doing laundry though, make sure to bring quarters because there is no change machine and the front doesn’t keep cash.

*Hoping to save someone some time. I haven't stayed here, but I did notice that it says "No Pets Allowed" on their site. So it probably should not be considered "Pet Friendly".

Me and family arrived late at night at Sleep Inn, we had a hard time finding the hotel. When we arrived the staff was courteous and helpful and the receptionist checked us in within minutes. Our room was very big, clean and neat, we slept peacefully on their very comfortable beds. The breakfast was continental, we ate waffles and bagels, that were very fresh and tasty, there is an Outback restaurant next door you should try. There is also a parking lot to leave your car safe till you leave. I’d like to stay at this hotel again and i recommend it to you too.
