“eclectic food with a New Mexican twist”
Regulars describe the fare at Sophia's Place as "eclectic food with a New Mexican twist." But Guy called Chef Dennis Apodaca "Captain Electric." In his tiny kitchen, Dennis creates plates exploding with flavor, including scallop tacos and spicy duck enchiladas topped with a tomatillo sauce Featured on the Food Network's, "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" in the fifth season.
Definitely worth the stop! Pork carnitas taco plate was tender and delicious
Very tiny "hole in the wall". Best. Food. Ever! Worth the stop.
Small seating area...lots of delicious food choices. Kids menu available.
We went for dinner tonight and absolutely loved it! From the beginning we were greeted warmly and shown the specials for the day, once we ordered our food came out promptly and was delicious! I would definitely recommend everyone to try this restaurant.
