Broken Bottle Brewery started as two guys with an appreciation for good beer. After years of honing their taste in beer, they tried to make their own and well they were pretty damn good at it. It evolved from an occasional hobby, to a weekly brewing session, to a passion, and then into a dream of opening a brewery. After years of perfecting their craft, in 2011 they decided to take the leap and open their own microbrewery and tap room. Broken Bottle Brewery focuses on producing small craft batches using fresh unique ingredients that you won't find at other breweries.
